By accessing or using Oneiro AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

Oneiro AI provides AI-powered dream interpretation and journaling for personal reflection only. It is not medical or professional advice.

Account & Eligibility

You must provide accurate account details and safeguard your credentials. You confirm that you meet the minimum age requirements to use the service.

Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are processed by third-party platforms (Apple/Google app stores). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

You must manage cancellations through the respective platform. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

We do not store payment details. We may update pricing with advance notice.

Trials & Cancellation

If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

User Content & License

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a license to store, process, and analyze it to provide the service.

Prohibited Use

• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Interfere with the service, scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform.
• Impersonate others or use another person's account.

Intellectual Property

Except for your content, the app, algorithms, UI, and interpretations are owned by Oneiro AI or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and interpretations are informational only. We do not guarantee accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

App Store Terms

These terms are between you and Oneiro AI. Apple/Google are not parties to this agreement but may enforce it as third-party beneficiaries.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Oneiro AI from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Oneiro AI's primary place of business, subject to mandatory local consumer protections.

Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
